NexXCare+ Terms & Conditions

1. Coverage

  • The NexX Care+ Protection Plan includes a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, along with Accidental Damage Protection for everyday accidents and wear and tear.

2. Eligibility

  • The plan is available for purchase at the time of the eyewear purchase and is valid only for the original purchaser.

3. Accidental Damage Protection

  • Coverage applies only to accidental damage caused by everyday use; it does not cover intentional damage, loss, or theft.
  • Customers are limited to one claim per year under this protection.
  • The eyewear must be in good condition prior to the incident; excessive wear, misuse, or alterations may void coverage.

4. Warranty Terms

  • The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

5. Claims Process

  • Claims must be reported within 30 days of the incident.
  • Proof of purchase and supporting documentation or images are required to process the claim.
  • The claims process may take up to 14 business days to complete.

6. Replacement Policy

  • In the event of a valid claim, the customer may receive a replacement pair of equal or lesser value. Upgrades may incur additional costs.
  • Replacement items may not be identical to the original purchase.

7. Non-Transferable

  • The NexX Care+ Protection Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

8. Modifications

  • NexX reserves the right to modify or terminate the protection plan at any time, with notice provided to existing customers.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state or country in which the plan was purchased.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing the NexX Care+ Protection Plan, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
